The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Illinois City:McHenry Delineated Area:North:of intersection Highway 120 and Highway 31 South:of Illinois Route 176 East:South River Road West:of Highway 14 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):9,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):10,000 Space Type:Clinical Space Parking Spaces (Total):50 Full Term:10 Years Base Term:5 Years Option Term:5, 1-Year Options Occupancy (Estimated):January 01, 2014 The requirements for this procurement are specified in RLP VA69D-12-R-0754 and accompanying solicitation documents. Potential offerors shall thoroughly and completely read all documents in the solicitation package accompanying RLP VA69D-12-R-0754. The solicitation package, along with any amendments and all clarifications and other notices related to this RLP shall be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and shall reference Solicitation No. VA69D-12-R-0754. It is the responsibility of offerors to monitor the FBO website for any notices related to this project.
