- VENDOR QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SMALL BUSINESS FORUM QUESTION 1: •1) Please clarify if the Past Performance references must be included as part of the ONE (1) page Capabilities statement. Or, does the Government anticipate page(s) of Past Performance and a separate one page Capabilities statement? ANSWER: Include your past performance in the one page capabilities statement. QUESTION 2: •1 The solicitation states the response must contain our GSA FSS Number and details and the name of all current contracts. Please clarify the "all current contracts" means other IDIQ, MAC, GWAC, BPA, Subcontracts...etc. Or, does "all current contracts" mean only GSA FSS Task Order Contracts? ANSWER: All current contracts includes awards off GSA FSS, relevant IDIQ, MAC, GWAC, and Subcontract work. QUESTION 3: Our company is a small business. We are n ot a minority or women-owned small business however. Does that disqualify us from attending the forum? ANSWER: Small business status is a minimum requirement for consideration. Because you are a small business, you are elegible.
