- HTC711-13-Q-D033 Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity, Award W91QUZ-09-D-0001-6S05, Active RFID Asset Tag Transponders IAW 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B) AMC/A4TI requires an exception to fair opportunity to award a sole source, firm fixed priced delivery order to Savi Technology, Inc., 351 East Evelyn Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94041. Savi Technology is one of four awardees on the Army's PM J-AIT RFID-III contract. This requirement is for 10,000 active RFID Asset Tag Transponders to support the ongoing 463L Pallet Asset Tracking and Inventory Control Projects within DoD and AMC.
