- Attachment 1 to RFP RFP W56KJD-13-R-0016 Attachment 1 to RFP RFP W56KJD-13-R-0016 RFP W56KJD-13-R-0016 for Afghanistan Vehicle Purchase The CENTCOM Joint Theater Support Contracting Command, Phoenix General Support Contracting Center (GSCC) hereby issues a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a firm fixed price contract to purchase a total of 686 each Toyota Corolla Sedans, 31 each Toyota Hilux Pick-Up Trucks, 28 each Toyota Prado or 4 Runner SUVs, 96 each Toyota Sienna Vans and 5 each Hyundai HD 65 Cargo Trucks. All vehicles will have been driven less than 30,000 km and have a one (1) year warranty on the drive train. The RFP will be issued on or about April 16, 2013 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 & 15 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website http://www.fedbizopps.gov and https://www.jccs.gov/olvr. The RFP number will be W56KJD-13-R-0016; hard copies of the RFP will not be issued. This acquisition will utilize lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. ALL prospective contractors must be registered in the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) prior to award. Offerors are encouraged to register early to ensure eligibility for award. It is incumbent upon the contractors to monitor the FedBizOpps and Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) sites for RFP release and all subsequent amendments. The proposed contract is Full and Open competition w/Brand Name Restrictions. This acquisition will be awarded as either a single award firm fixed price contract or multiple award firm fixed price contracts using FAR Part 12 &15. The product(s) or services will be acquired using the procedure at DFARS 225.7703-1(a)(2) as authorized by Section 886 of Public Law 110-181. All line items of this acquisition are subject to the World Trade Organization, Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA). All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration by the agency. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) for this is 2310 and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423110. The solicitation will only be posted on FedBizOpps and JCCS. Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted to PHNXSCO-ATWSSC-PRO@afghan.swa.army.mil Note: Parties that submitted an RFP prior to 02 May 2013 are advised that any such proposals are considered not responsive and will not be considered for award. Any party that desires to be considered for award must review the RFP and submit a proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth within that document.
