- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number M00681-13-T-0084 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DPN 20130419. The North American Classification System Code is 334310 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Quotes received from vendors that are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a small business concern shall be considered non-responsive. Requirement: Audio Visual System See attached Statement of Work for details. Please provide the following information in your quote: 1. Total Price and Price Breakdown of Individual Items 2. Detailed Description of Individual Items and Overall Product. To include manufacturer of major components and associated part numbers with description (and pictures if possible). 3. Delivery Time (after date of contract) 4. Company Information (Cage Code, Tax Identification Number) 5. Warranty with descriptive literature (if any) 6. FOB Destination The attached RFQ cover sheet must be filled out accordingly. A site visit will be conducted on 10 May 2013 at 11:30 A.M. Pacific Standard Time. Any potential offerors who would like to attend shall RSVP by 4:00 pm Thursday 9 May 2013, to Justin Eastman via email at justin.eastman@usmc.mil, for additional details. Site visit attendance is not mandatory, but highly encouraged. Offerors will not be reimbursed for expenses associated with the site visit. Evaluation: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Price 2. Technical Submission of Quotes Quoters responding to this announcement must provide the information contained in 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications “Commercial Items with their quote. The quoter should also provide its Commercial and Government Entity (Cage) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS number) and Tax Identification Number. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management to submit quotes and be eligible for award. For information on registering with the SAM visit www.sam.gov. Quoters are required to be registered in Wide-Area Work Flow. Quoters can self-register for Wide-Area Work Flow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil. Offerors bear the burden of ensuring that all portions of the offer (and any authorized amendments) reach the designated office before the deadline specified in this solicitation. If a change occurs in this requirement, only those quoters that respond to this announcement within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for award.
