- Justification and Approval Whiteman AFB intends to award as a sole source solicitation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a contract for the ACS data recorders. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 and the small business size is 750 employees. The entire justification and approval (J&A) will be made available on FedBizOps (FBO) Web Site. Paper copies will not be made available. You may download the J&A on this notification.
