- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) This solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation document, W912D013R0004, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide maintenance personnel to manage equipment, install, maintain, and repair the components, sensors, connections, systems wiring, control units, and conduit of the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICID) at Fort Greely, Alaska (FGA). (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66 effective April 1, 2013. (iv) Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. Quotes received from other than small business concerns will not be considered. The associated NAICS code is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), and size standard is $12.5M. (v) This requirement is to provide certified staff to perform full time services in addition to providing the required equipment to administer, maintain, and repair the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System III (ICIDS III) components, sensors, connections, system wiring, control units, and conduit at Fort Greely, Alaska (FGA).
