- Carville Job Corps Center, A Federal Funded training facility located at 5465 Point Clair Road, Carville, Louisiana is now accepting proposals for the contractual position of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant. Contract period is for one (1) year with the possibility of option year. Bidders must posses State of Louisiana license. Nurse Practitione/Physician Assistant must be able to work three (3) hours/100 students per week.Proposals must contain desired hourly rate for contract period, resume, DEA number, copy of license and Malpractice insurnce.
