- Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) intends to award a sole-source contract to Lotek Wireless, Inc., in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, to provide radio receiver for manual tracking and automatic datalogging of Lotek coded transmitters which have built in GPS for clock synchronization and detection record location stamping (to determine offshore flight paths and distribution of bird species). Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. This in not a solicitation for quotations, rather a notice of the Agency's intent to make a sole-source award to LoTek Wireless, Inc. There will be no solicitation issued or available.
