Description

These specifications cover creation, maintenance, and updating of a web based e-commerce site using a secure Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and the production of promotional items and CD and DVD duplication, requiring such operations as creating artwork, imprinting/screen printing, embroidery, duplicating disc content, inventory management and control, fulfillment and packing, and delivery. The term of this contract is for 1 year (base year period of Date of Award through May 31, 2014) and 4 option year periods (June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015, June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016, June 1, 2016 through May 31, 2017, and June 1, 2017 through May 31, 2018). Anticipate 568 orders per year. Up to 25 sets of 58 different promotional items for 12 different courses. Most items require shipment of order in 5 workdays.
