- The US Army Medical Command Northern Region Contracting Office intends to issue a solicitation for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Clinic personnel. Five positions are at Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, KY: neurologist, neuropsychologist, licensed clinical social worker, registered nurse case manager, and a licensed practical nurse. One position is located at the Troop Medical Clinic, Camp Atterbury, IN: registered nurse case manager. The period of performance will begin on 1 December 2013 for a base period of 12 months and will include four 12-month option periods (ending 30 November 2018 if all options are exercised). The proposed acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS Code 621111, Size Standard $10M. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The solicitation and all amendments will be available on both the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/) and the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). Release of the solicitation is scheduled on or after 7 June 2013. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Inquiries about the solicitation will not be responded to until the solicitation has been released. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
