- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services. The location where services are to be provided should be with a vendor located within 5 miles from the U.S. Post Office at 1401 Presque Isle Ave. Marquette, MI. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on November 1, 2013 with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on October 31, 2018. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 20: Intake Assessments - 1 unit (per inmate) x 15 inmates = 15 units Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) - 48 units (per inmate) x 15 inmates = 720 units Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) - 72 units (per inmate) x 15 inmates = 1080 units Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) - 8 units (per inmate) x 15 inmates = 120 units Transportation - 60 units (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 120 units Mental Health Intake Assessment & Report - Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about July 1, 2013. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
