- The U.S. Government has a requirement for lodging and meals services in support of the 2013 Tradewinds Execution and the Key Leader Engagement Conference from 17-18 May 2013 and 1 - 7 June 2013 located in Miami, Fl. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 721110. The size standard is $30M. It is the Government's intent to issue Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. The requirement consists of the following services: 180 Contracted Lodging Rooms, and Meals (200 Breakfasts, and 200 Dinners); and shuttle services to and from Miami Airport and US SOUTHCOM. The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement will be released on or around 06 May 2013. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities site at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offers will not be accepted from any third party agencies. Proposals will be accepted directly from Hotels only. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered. Interested sources are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any future amendments from the website.
