- ****FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY**** Notification of Sole Source Procurement: In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 and DFARS 206.302-1, the Government intends to do a sole source acquisition from Honeywell International, Inc., Austin, TX for a building intrusion detection and access control security system for use in the New Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Facility Project, Scott AFB, Illinois because it is interfaced with an existing Honeywell Vindicator V5 system installed base wide at Scott AFB, IL. Any new building IDS system must be fully compatibility with the existing base-wide Honeywell Vindicator V5 system. These items are required to be installed in the new building by completion of building construction December 2015. ****FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY**** Notification of Sole Source Procurement: in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 and DFARS 206.302-1, the Government intends to sole source to Johnson Controls, Inc., Milwaukee, WI for a Metasys Building Master Control Interface for use in the new Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Facility at Scott AFB, Illinois. Because the Metasys by Johnson Controls, Inc. is the existing direct digital control Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) installed base wide at Scott AFB, Illinois, any new monitoring and control equipment must be connected to the existing EMCS server and must be fully compatible with the existing EMCS equipment and software. The items are required to be installed in the new building by completion of building construction in December 2015.
