- USCG BASE Boston seeks competent contractor to remove and replace carpet in USCG Government owned housing units located at USCG Sector New York, Staten Island NY 10305 in strict accordance with solicitation HSCG24-13-Q-SECNY335 which will be available for downloading from www.fbo.gov on or about 3 MAY 2013. SITE VISIT: 0930 EDT on Thursday 9 MAY 2013 Assemble at: USCG Sector NEw York, 311 Battery Road, Staten ISland NY 10305 with photo ID. Site visit is strongly encouraged. Contractors are responsible for verifying all measurements prior to submitting quote. No unscheduled site visits are allowed. Work schedule: Work schedule in scope of work MUST be strictly adhered to. There may be a delay of several weeks between installations. NO contractor personnel are allowed to remain in housing units overnight. Solicitation HSCG24-13-Q-SECNY335 containing scope of work, quote sheet, Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses, DOL Service Contract Act wage determination will be available for downloading from www.fbo.gov on or about 3 May 2013. Reference HSCG24-13-Q-SECNY335. Contractors must have active registration in System for Award Management to be eligible for award. Registration must be active at time quote is submitted.
