- The project consists of, but is not limited to: Removal of existing obsolete power panels, in Electronics Equipment room. Two/three power panels exist in the electronics equipment room which shall be removed and replaced with one 30 circuit new power panel with a 100 amp main breaker. New panel shall have hinge of hinge cover, fully rated for 22K AIC, and shall be provided with tinned copper buses, copper neutral bus, and copper ground bus. Installation of new feeder from the EG bypass switch to the new power panel. The existing fluorescent lighting in the electronics equipment room consisting of 1 lamp T12.4 ft. industrial fixtures with 10% up-light shall be removed and replaced with new T8, energy efficient type fluorescent light fixtures which shall also provide 10% up-light Installations of LED emergency wall pack lighting fixtures, Removal of existing transient surge suppression equipment and installation of GFM TVSS. Removal of duplex 15 amp receptacles and replacement with 20 amp receptacles. Temporary power will be required to keep the necessary operational equipment powered during construction. Repaint portions of interior walls where equipment is removed to match adjacent surfaces. TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE “ NAICS 238210. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $150,000 The contractor awarded this contract must have active registration in the System for Award Management before award can be made.
