The Government intends to solicit quotes from local vendors as required. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, and facilities necessary to furnish the delivery services called for by the Contracting Officer or authorized representatives for Diesel Fuel #2 EPA Carb Red. This is not a request for proposal; however, interested vendors who are able to deliver within a short turnaround timeframe to the Laguna Restoration Project must submit the information. This information will be reviewed by the Government Technical Representative for consideration for future requirements. The dates above are estimates only and are subject to change. All interested parties are responsible for checking the FBO website to ensure that they have the most current information. Offerors are required to have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award. Offerors may register in SAM at http://www.sam.gov. SAM is a new system combining federal procurement systems into one new system. This consolidation is being done in phases. This first phase of SAM includes the functionality from the following systems: Central Contractor Registration (CCR), Federal Agency Registration (Fedreg), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) and Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
