- CLIN0001. 4.5.4 Shop Floor (SF) Coordinate Measuring Machine (MCC) Required Characteristics: - Size must be 48 wide x 30 long - Must be easily transportable via wheels on the base of the machine - Does not require air but only electric to operate - It must be a Direct Computer Controlled (DCC) Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). - Associated Software Package capable of automatic measurements using CAD files (i.e. PC-DMIS CAD and Autopath or comparable). Quantity: 1 Each 2. Must include Shipping if FOB Origin; Note if FOB Destination Contracting Officer s Address: Naval EOD Technology Division, Resource Department, Code 0521 Bldg. 2008 Indian Head, MD 20640-5070, United States This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is N42794-13-Q-0011 and this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66 (This FAC # changes and can be found at FAR Site).This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract; the award will be based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Technical, Past Performance, Corporate Experience and Price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513. The SB size standard for this code is 500 employees. FOB Destination (Naval EOD Technology Division, Indian Head, Maryland 20640-5070). Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. L. 112-175) none of the funds made available by that Act for general appropriations for DoD may be used to enter into a contract with any corporation that (1) Has any unpaid Federal tax liability that has been assessed, for which all judicial and administrative remedies have been exhausted or have lapsed, and that is not being paid in a timely manner pursuant to an agreement with the authority responsible for collecting the tax liability, where the awarding agency is aware of the unpaid tax liability, unless the agency has considered suspension or debarment of the corporation and made a determination that this further action is not necessary to protect the interests of the Government. (2) Was convicted of a felony criminal violation under any Federal law within the preceding 24 months, where the awarding agency is aware of the conviction, unless the agency has considered suspension or debarment of the corporation and made a determination that this action is not necessary to protect the interests of the Government.
