- FY2013 Ninemile Springs Fuels Treatment - Fuel loadings and extreme fire danger fuels reduction within the Downey Municipal Watershed. The Contractor shall furnish labor, tools, materials, supervision, supplies, and incidentals; and perform all work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Statement of Work. The project is located four miles east of Downey, Idaho. Performance period is 30 calendar days. Approximate start date is August 15, 2013. This solicitation is Set-Aside for Small Business. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about May 20, 2013 and vendors interested in this requirement should register their interest at www.FedConnect.net in order to receive information and updates regarding this requirement. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 115310 with a small business size standard of 17.5 Million.
