- DRAFT Statement of Work for NIGER DA-42 Upgrade This DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) defines the efforts to enhance the intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities of the Nigerien Air Force (NAF) by upgrading ISR mission equipment on two (2) NAF Diamond Aircraft Industries DA-42 aircraft. All modifications, testing, delivery, and training shall be performed in Niger. The Naval Air Systems Command is seeking comments from Industry on the draft Statement of Work (SOW). Please provide all comments and questions to the primary point of contact listed below by 20 May 2013.
