- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is W91RUS-13-T-0121 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-66. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees.This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2013-06-07 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The APG - Huachuca Installation requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Fluke One Touch AT Network Asst. IT-3000 Description/ Overview: an all-in-one Gigabit Ethernet troubleshooter for copper, fiber optic and Wi-Fi networks. It should have the following characteristics: - incorporates two 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 Ethernet test ports, two 100/1000 Mbps SFP fiber optic transceiver ports and an internal 802.11 a/b/g/n dual band radio. - Simultaneously tests wired Ethernet and wireless Wi-Fi networks and compare performance with side-by-side test results - Validate the channel, security type, transmit rates and signal and noise levels. Identify performance issues with your DHCP and DNS servers, and compare wireless and wired results side-by-side. - Measure PoE unloaded and under load. Emulate a 802.3at (PoE+) class 1 - 4 powered device and measure power up to 25.5 watts -perform tests appropriate for your service or application including ping (ICMP), connect (TCP), web (HTTP), file (FTP), multicast (IGMP), video (RTSP) or email (SMTP) - Tests that support IPv6 - Dimensions of approximately 10.3 in x 5.3 in x 2.9 in - LCD with projected capacitance touch screen, 480 x 640 pixels - AC Adapter Input: 100-240 Vac, 50-60 Hz, 1.0 A Output: +15 Vdc, 2.0 A - Lithium ion battery pack, 7.2 V with a batter life of approximately 3-4 hours - Memory Internal: 2 GB shared between system and user files -Wi-Fi adapter rates 802.11a: 6/9/12/24/36/48/54 Mbps 802.11b: 1/2/5.5/11 Mbps 802.11g: 6/9/12/24/36/48/54 Mbps 802.11n (20 MHz): MCS0-23, up to 216 Mbps 802.11n (40 MHz): MCS0-23, up to 450 Mbps - Wi-Fi security 64/128-Bit WEP Key, WPA, WPA2, 802.1X Manufacturer: Fluke, 1, EA; LI 002: JDSU TB 6000A-OO48-GIGE-DP Description/ Overview: The T-BERD 6000A product is a handheld, battery operated test device which can perform a wide variety of tests. It should be able to perform all of the following tests and have the following specifications: -TDM: DS1, DS3 and SONET up to OC-192 rate -Ethernet: 10/100 Mbps Ethernet, 1 Gbps Ethernet (GigE) and 10 Gbps Ethernet (10-GigE). Tamper-proof, user-adjustable options enable the instrument to be customized to suit your application. It should have the following specifications: -Continuous LCD shows real-time gas concentrations -Compact and lightweight design makes it comfortable to wear -Water-resistant -Simple automatic calibration procedure -Full function self-test of sensor, battery status, circuit integrity and audible/visual alarms on start up -Bright wide-angled visual alarm bars -Built-in concussion-proof boot -Integrated sampling pump with reliable diaphragm technology -Block detection with semi-conductor pressure sensor -Multi-language support in English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese -Equipped with standard data logging and event logging -Size is approximately 5.1 x 2.8 x 2.0 in. -Weight approximately 11.5 oz. -Visual, vibrating, and audible alarm to 95 dB -Battery life of 13 hours, 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction.
