Description

The National Acquisition Center intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) VA797P-13-R-0022 under the competitive negotiated procedures for Acyclovir, Piroxicam and Zidovudine. Please see the items and estimated annual usage listed below. The estimated annual usage included Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DOD), Indian Health Services (IHS), Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and Federal Healthcare Center (FHCC). Each line item represents separate requirements for the purpose of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.217-9, "Options to Extend the Term of the Contract" and FAR Clause 52.233-3, "Service of Protest". The Government reserves the right not to award a contract on this solicitation should offered prices match or exceed Federal Supply Schedule prices.
