Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice for a contractor to provide Gastroenterologist (GI) Services to perform diagnostic and therapeutic upper GI endoscopies and colonoscopies in the Amarillo, TX area, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated within the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance will be one (1) base year with four (4) one-year options that may or may not be exercised. The solicitation will be full and open for a Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this solicitation is 62111 with a small business size standard of $10.0 million. Services shall be provided to Veterans serviced by the Thomas E. Creek VA Health Care System, Amarillo, TX. A request for proposal shall be issued on or about September 1, 2013, and can be accessed in the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://fbo.gov, under the same solicitation number as this announcement. Note: Please do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
