SPMYM3-13-Q-6329 JMLS 23496321 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/ ). The RFQ number is SPMYM3-13-Q-6329 and replaces SPMYM3-13-Q-6260 which has been cancelled. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-66 and DFARS Change Notice 20130419. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is restricted to Small Business and is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Controlled Back GaugeRequired Guillotine type shear Required On hold per foot, plus one, so for a 6 foot bed we anticipate a minimum of 7 holds. On-site training to ensure machine is precisely leveled and the blades correctly gapped to ensure manufacturer ™s warranty is not unintentionally voided. NOTE: Prospective offerors are requested to submit manufacture specifications with their proposals to enable the government to evaluate those manufacturer ™s specifications against the above listed required salient characteristics.
