- RFP W56KJD-13-R-0014 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for a Request for Proposal. This requirement is for training, technical assistance and other support as specified in the RFP in support of multiple Provincial Joint Secretariat Teams (PJST) throughout Afghanistan. Period of Performance will be from the time of contract award, forecast on or about 01 July 2013 through 30 June 2014 with a six month option period. There is no set aside for this requirement. The NAICS Code is 611430. The Small Business Size Standard is $10,000,000 or less in annual receipts. The Terms and Conditions, Places of Performance and complete descripition of the requirement are available in the RFP document attached to this notice. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. An Addendum also applies. Both the details of the clause and addendum are contained in the RFP document attached to this notice. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and has an associated addendum. The clause and addendum are contained in the RFP document attached to this notice. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition Offerors are instructed to view the RFP document attached to this notice for instruction and information regarding the addition terms and conditions applicable to this requirement. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating applies to this requirement. Offerors are strongly encouraged to read the entire RFP Document to thoroughly understand all aspects of the requirement. Questions regarding this requirement will be accepted until 9:00AM Afghanistan Time on May 14, 2013. View the attached RFP document for instructions on how to submit questions. Questions not submitted in accordance with the procedure in the attached RFP document may not receive a response. The FBO Interested Vendors list will not be viewed or utilized for this acquisition. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the attached RFP document. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in a submitted proposal not being considered for award.
