- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for TEST EQUIPMENT MOBILE CALIBRATION SERVICES in support of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a 1-year base period with four 1-year option periods. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This procurement is unrestricted in regard to business size or type. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19M. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Rob LaFollette, Contracting Officer (AMQ-210), via e-mail at robert.lafollette@faa.gov or FAX number 405-954-3111. Proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time (Central Time Zone), 5 Jun 2013 and must be submitted to FAA, Customer Service Desk (AMQ-100), Physical Address: 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73169. Mailing Address: P.O. Box 25082, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73125. The proposal must be sealed and labeled as follows: SIR/RFO DTFAAC-13-R-02718, due 3:00 p.m. CT, 5 Jun 2013. Offerors submitting proposals by hand-delivery will need to consider allowing sufficient time to process through the security procedures in place at MMAC. Overnight delivery of responses to this SIR/RFO may also be impacted if not sent in sufficient time to allow for the special mail-handling procedures in place at MMAC. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 3:00 p.m. CT, 5 Jun 2013, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined ineligible for consideration for contract award. This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind.
