Determinations and Findings Findings This is a limited source (sole source) to GE for the following proprietary parts that will replace the existing parts on the GE/Marquette patient monitoring server. "Carescape Telemetry Server, part # TLMSV-CH-D-GOV-HXXXX, quantity 2. "19 inch LCD Medical Grade Display (touch screen) with stand, part # 2033159-001, quantity 3 "CIC Upgrades, part # CIC-DFEH-GABPA-AXXXX, quantity 3 "Data Switch, 3COM, 24 PORT, model 3870 or equivalent "Uninterruptable Power Supply, APC ES 750VA, input 115 V or equivalent "Uninterruptable Power Supply, APC SMART UPS BR 2000VA, input 115v or equivalent These parts are available on GSA under SIN A-50A (Vital Sign Monitors). GE has GSA schedule V797P-2239D, which is under this SIN. The IGCE is $47,382.00, which is based on GSA schedule prices. Per the Appendix A, text from a memorandum dated 3/24/2011 will be included in the solicitation. That text is as follows: This contract is in accordance with the Memorandum days March 24, 2011, "VA Maintenance/Installation (Warranty) Contracts. 4. At a minimum, maintenance/installation (warranty contracts), in which VA sensitive information and/or systems are accessed by a VA contractor/subcontract require the following five requirements per 38 U.S.C. § § 5723 and 5725. Determination This will be sole sourced to GE (as a limited sources justification) under SIN A-50A and using GSA schedule V797P-2239D.
