- W9124Q-13-T-LABOJ&A Solicitation Number: less than br greater than W9124Q-13-T-LABO less than br greater than Notice Type: less than br greater than Justification and Approval (J&A) less than br greater than Synopsis: less than br greater than FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements less than br greater than less than br greater than The White Sands Missile Range Mission and Installation Contracting Command is issuing this Justification and Approval Notice to inform the industry of the intent to award a contract to the Oregon Laboratory Accreditation Program (ORELAP). The Oregon Laboratory Accreditation Program conducts an audit of the certified chemical laboratory on WSMR. The audit will conduct a yearly Accrediting Authority (AA) specific review of the laboratory's quality systems notification and reporting requirements, record keeping and retention. ORELAP is a program available from the Oregon Department of Human Services, Health Division. This is a 2-year inspection program with every other year consisting of an on-site inspection by ORELAP. less than br greater than The North American Industry Code for this acquisition is 813312 with a size standard of $14.0 million. Quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. This contract will be made under the simplified acquisition procedures and other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 20 May 2013. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement is at the discretion of the U.S. Government.
