- The purpose of this procurement is to renovate Residence 5, including demolition, grading for drainage, metal roofing, countertops, wallboard replacement, ceramic tile, painting, water heater, plumbing fixtures, water lines, exhaust fan, insulation, windows, electrical, and other interior renovation. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Proposal (F13PS00385), which will be posted on 4/16/13. Location: Work under this contract is located in Alchesay National Fish Hatchery, White River, Arizona, 928-338-4901. The magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. NOTE: you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate; offerors that are not registered will be rejected. Site Visit: Site visit will be held on 30 April/2013 at 10:00 AM Arizona Time prior to submitting proposals.
