- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitiation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ number HE1AA-Q-13-0032 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a simplified acquisition 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 443142 and the small business size standard is $30M. GSA requires one year license and maintenance support for the Check Marx Source Code Scanning Software Tool. The period of performance will be from May 13, 2013 to May 12, 2014. The Government will award a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this combined/synopsis solicitation to the lowest price quote received. Offeror shall provide a quote for the following items: Item : 1. Qty One (1), Cx-Single-P-Single user perpetual license with 4-hour remote training 2. Qty One (1), Cx-Single-P- Single user perpetual license with remote training 3. Qty Two (2), Cx-Single-M- Annual maintenance for Cx-Single-P Single user 4. Qty One (1), Cx-Scan-Integration-Kit 5. Qty Ten (10), Cx-Reviewer-P -Perpetual license for a user authorized to review scan results 6.
