Description
NSN: 2840-01-521-2570 Rolls-Royce Corporation (63005) P/N 23061826, Kit, Fuel Filter. Estimated yearly demand 81 each. Required delivery 250 days ARO. FOB Origin. NSN: 2925-01-446-6966 Rolls-Royce Corporation (63005) P/N 23062672, Igniter, spark gas. Estimated yearly demand qty 144 each. Required delivery is 135 days ARO, FOB Orgin. This is a pre-solicitation notice. The items are being considered for long-term contract. One base year and four (4) one year options. The estimated quantities is the same for all years. The final contract award will result in a requirements-type contract with consists of only sole source items. DLA Aviation Richmond does not have Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the items are not available and cannot be provided by the Government. However Qualification requirements have been established for these items. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interests of the government The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
