- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: Kansas City Delineated Area: North: 435 to Hwy 152 to West Kansas St South: Kenneth Rd to South Holmes Rd. to 155 St. to SW Ward Rd to Hwy 150 to Hwy 291 East: Hwy 291 to Hwy 50 to Hwy 291 West: Missouri River / State line Boundary Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 103,313 ABOA + 60,000 SF wareyard Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 103,432 ABOA + 60,000 SF wareyard Space Type: Warehouse/Office (approximately 100,924 ABOA warehouse and 2,389 ABOA office) Parking Spaces (Total): 5 reserved/secured/surface + access to 5 surface Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: • Column spacing must be at least 30 feet. • Minimum clear height of 28 feet. • Warehouse must be temperature controlled and sprinklered. • Offered space must be fully serviced. • Wareyard shall be secured. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
