- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is awarding a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16.703, to Pen-Link, Ltd of Lincoln, NE for T2S2 Collection Communication Equipment and Associated Maintenance Support Services under RFP DJD-12-R-0046. The BOA number is DJD-13-C-0020. Although this is not a contract, Delivery/Task Orders issued under the terms of the BOA shall constitute individual contracts which shall incorporate all the clauses and provisions of the BOA, unless otherwise stipulated within the individual Delivery/Task Order. Each Delivery/Task Order will be negotiated and priced separately based on the cost/price method selected by the Contracting Officer to determine price reasonableness. Delivery/Task Orders under this BOA may be placed from date of award through 12 months thereafter. The anticipated period of performance is for a 12-month base period (May 1, 2013 to April 30, 2014) and four 12-month option periods (May 1-April 30) thereafter. This BOA shall be reviewed annually before the effective date and revised as necessary to conform to the requirements of the FAR. In accordance with the requirements of FAR 16.702, this BOA provides for discontinuing its future applicability upon 30 days written notice by either party. It is understood and agreed that the Government shall not be obligated to order any items or services under this BOA, nor incur any liability, if it procures the items on any other basis. Contracting Officers from all Federal Government agencies are authorized to issue Delivery/Task Orders under this BOA.
