- Rental of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for Humanitarian Assistance Program (HAP) NOTE TO OFFERORS: RENTAL PERIOD: Base Year: 01 August 2013 - 31 July 2014 plus One Option Year: 01 August 2014 - 31 July 2015 SITE VISIT: A site visit/pre-proposal conference will be held on 29 May 2013, 09:00 hrs - Gate #27 - Via Aurelia, Tombolo (Pisa). In order to participate to the site visit all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting a written request not later than 17 May 2013 to the following e-mail address: sonia.zanobini.ln.asc@mail.mil Please indicate in your e-mail the project number/title: quote mark Rental of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for HAP quote mark and the name of the company, the address, the phone number and fax and your e-mail address. Please indicate also the name of the person will be present at the site visit: first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, type and number of identification document.
