Type of Document: Request for Information (RFI) Provide a NAICS Code: 511120 Title: Legal Publications and Subscription Response Date: May 15, 2013 Request for Information (RFI) Number: VA101-13-I-0140 Description: This is a Request for Information (RFI) for Federal Supply Schedules in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.4. No quotes are requested by this announcement. All responses shall be solely in the form of information and materials. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government is under no obligation to issue a request for quote (RFQ) or to award any contract on the basis of this RFI. Further, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is not seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes or any pricing data. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs occurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be the sole responsibility of the contractor. All submissions will be treated as business confidential materials, become Government property, and will not be returned. Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of General Counsel (OGC) has a requirement for legal publication and subscription services (see Attachment A for a list of publication). Submittal Information: This request is for potential vendors to provide availability of the publications and subscriptions on its GSA FSS contract. Structure of Responses: Responses are requested no later than 3:00 PM EST on May 15, 2013 via email to Raelynn.white@va.gov and Phyllis.jackson@va.gov. Provide your company name, Schedule contract number.
