- AMENDMENT 0001 EFFECTIVE 08 MAY 2013; THGE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE TO 14 MAY 2103 AT 16:00 PST IN LIEU OF 09 MAY 2013. aLL TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------- This is a SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Competitive quotes are being requested under N66001-13-T-6626. This requirement is full and open competition, NAICS code is 314999 and business size standard is 500 employees. This requirerment is for brand name or equal product. Below is the specifications and quantities needed. The Contractor shall produce, and deliver one (1) Tent Structure in accordance with the requirements noted below: This request is for a tent structure for a marine mammal enclosure. It is to be mounted on EZ-Dock floats and must withstand 100 mile per hour wind gusts. Structure must be self standing. No ground lines can be used. 24' x 26' HGB, 1-6' O.C. & 4- 5' O.C, 6' Eave, 11' Peak, Includes (1) 24x26 Aluminum Powder Coated Frame, (1) Non-Insulated 15 oz Cover, (Tan) with (2) 6x6 Wide Double Zipper Side Entries, (2) Non- Insulated End Panels With 6' x 12' Wide Double Zipper Entry, (1) Anchor Package for.5" studs Delivery Address: 102 Skipjack Circle, Silverdale WA. 98315-6409. Add shipping if any. Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order.
