(ABOA): 29,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 24 months Firm Term: 3 months Additional Requirements: *The Government intends to enter into a lease extension for a period of 24 months for 28,650 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet of office and related space. The Government presently occupies space at 301 9 th Street, Huntington, West Virginia which expires November 19, 2013 under GSA Lease number GS-03B-01359. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to remain in its present location. *The cost of a physical move, as well as the cost of new space alterations will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation is economically advantageous. * Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
