- The Bureau of Land Management, Salt Lake City, anticipates a requirement to obtain services to perform a study on Jones Cycladenia. This requirement will be to study the plant as part of the Threatened and Endangered Species Act. This requirement will be advertised under NAICS code 541990 with a small business size standard of 7.0 Million. There will be no set aside on this procurement as it is not known at this time how many small businesses will be that can provide competition on this requirement. A full solicitation package will be posted on or about May 23, 2013 with a statement of work attached.
