- Solicitation for NSN 5975-01-532-0286, 0049092471, SPE4A6-13-R-1033, Conduit Assembly, Metal, Rigid. A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price. this is a non-critical item. This requirement is unresticted under negotiated method of procurement. It requires FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. There is a Contractor First Article Testing Requirement. Export Control Requirement. Note to Internet Subscribers: No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this RFP under formal solicitation procedures. The final contract awrd decision may e based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://wwwldibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cidted in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
