Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MS City: Clarksdale Delineated Area: Beginning at the intersection of Hwy61/161; travel east on 61 to New Africa/61; left and north to Hwy161/New Africa; left and southwest to Hwy161/Anderson Blvd; right and north to Spruce St/Anderson Blvd; left and west to Hwy322/Spruce St; left and southeast to Hwy161/Hwy322; right and southwest to Hwy61/161. Note Hwy161 is also called South State Street Although some residential zoning may be inside the delineated area, we do not want any residential locations. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,163 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,163 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: The U.S. Government currently occupies 5,307 rentable square feet located at 236 Sharkey Ave. Clarksdale, MS 39601. The government intends to visit the open market to meet the agency requirement of 6,163 rentable square feet. All services required are supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided a part of the rental consideration. Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and the tenant improvements as well as the capability of providing alternate back up power. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease [is/is not] required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
