- REQUEST FOR QUOTE Video Telecon Equipment, Installation, and Testing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a solicitation will not be issued. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for procurement of Video Telecon Equipment, Installation, and Testing. Utilize the attached Bid schedule for providing your quote to this requirement. The bid schedule is flexible based upon each individually proposed solution for providing the requirement, but should remain substantially the same. Descriptive data (maps, drawings, etc.) is available upon request. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The preferred delivery date for this requirement is 31 August 2013. Please be sure to give a date the items can be delivered. The delivery address is as follows: 9 RW HQ Building, Conference Room (B-2161, Room 112) 5950 C Street Beale AFB, CA 95903 This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is set aside 100% for "Small Business Concerns" as authorized by FAR Part 6. Only qualified small businesses under the applicable NAICS code may submit quotes. Due to the total solution required by this acquisition, the following NAICS are acceptable, provided the offeror still falls within the small business category of each NAICS: - 517919, All Other Telecommunications (Siza Standard in millions of dollars is $30.0) - 541512, Computer System Design Services (Size Standard in millions of dollars is $25.5) - 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors (Size Standard in millions of dollars is $14.0) Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award. Offerers may register at www.sam.gov. A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register.
