Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-13-T-0020 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS is 423830. Small Business Standard is 500 employees. CLIN 0001: 4x4 Industrial Telescopic Forklift Specifications must be a minimum of: New, Diesel engine, 60 Hp +/- 5 Hp, Standard transmission, Full ROPs cab, 7000lbs +/- 200lbs lifting capability, Telescopic boom must extend a minimum of 8ft, Information Display center, Back up warning alarm, 2 year warranty, Forks 1200MM long Class 3B 200MM U/C, Face fan, Rotating Beacon Roof mounted, Load Guard Standard Height 48 quote mark, General Purpose shovel 1 cu yard Place of Delivery will be MS ARNG Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center; Camp Shelby, MS 39407-1000 Include all applicable fees, including delivery (prepay & add is not acceptable); warranty information; and estimated delivery time, if different than requested.
