Description
The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a solicitation on the basis of Full and Open Competition for the US Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) Aberdeen for a five-year (three-year Base period, and two one-year Option periods) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Test Support Services in the following ATC major test areas: Ammunition Operations; Compliance, Program, and Staff Support; Engineering and Scientific Support; Facilities Design and Maintenance; Electronic Instrumentation Operation; Vehicle and Equipment Operations and Maintenance; Technical Test Support; and Test Range/Facility Operations Support; Marine Operations and Maintenance; and Environmental operations and maintenance. A DRAFT solicitation has been posted. Industry is invited to provide comments on the DRAFT solicitation to the e-mail address listed in this posting. There is no final solicitation available at this time, release planned in June 2013. The official release of the RFP will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) web site located at the following address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. The on-line version of the RFP will include all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of this RFP will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. Other documents, as necessary, will be posted when available.
