- Justification and Approval Solicitation The purpose of this effort is to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to acquire the specific brand name commercially available required Dell, Cisco, Juniper, APC, BlackBox, Avocent, RackMux, HP, CIS computing, Major Custom Cable and Perle brand name hardware used to support the CENTRIXS NORTHCOM Spirall Technical Equipment Purchase for enterprise network capability. The hardware will provide operational capabilities that will enable Spiral 1 CENTRIXS functionality to be utilized by endusers. This action is limited to specific make and model where the components have been integrated and tested to be compatible.
