- Solicitation is for NSNs 6210-00-938-9525 and 6220-00-891-8743 under PR 1000010282 for a CONTROL, ELECTRIC LI and CONTROL UNIT, DIMMIN. The following information applies to the NSNs: Estimated NSN Guaranteed Estimated MAX Delivery Quantity Annual Qty Contract Qty Days (Base Yr Only) 6210-00-938-9525____4_________24_________144------------168 6220-00-891-8743____10________60_________360------------118 This solicitation is to establish a Long Term contract with a base and four option periods. This is an unrestricted procurement which requires FOB: Destination with Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. The items will be evaluated on a line by line basic. The two items must be purchased from an approved source of supply. Delivery will be 168 and 118 days ARO respectively for the production units. Surge requirements are applicable to this buy on NIIN 008918743. Specifications relating to the procurement cannot be furnished by the government. The award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Arobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is on or about 27 May 2013." Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211.9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the government.
