- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This is an annual synopsis of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-11-G-WM24. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division entered into a BOA with BAE Systems Land and Armaments, 163 Rochester Drive, Louisville, KY 40214-2600, for a maximum ceiling amount of $9.8M on 29 Sep 2011. The BOA covers a five-year ordering period. The BOA includes job orders in accordance with the statement of work for the following: engineering and logistics support services, test and evaluation, maintenance and repair, purchase of test equipment, fabrication of system components, fabrication and purchase of parts and spare parts, ordnance alterations, safety and security devices, software and data associated with the MK 36 Decoy Launching System (DLS) and the MK 53 DLS. Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a 1-year period and serves as notification of the Government ™s intent to award 3 job orders during the next 12 months. These orders will be for various hardware for the MK 36 DLS and MK 53 DLS. These orders will have an estimated 12 “ 16 month delivery period. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered by this agency.
