- This prospective acquisition is an open market no cost to the government acquisition. The NAICS Code is 561520 (Tour Operations) Size standard is $7.0 Million. Please note that this is not a request for quotes or proposals; the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. A solicitation is currently not available. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The National Cemetery Administration as requested by the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific is planning a solicitation for Guided Tour Bus. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and consumables to perform guided tour bus services for the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (NMCP) at the following location: National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (NMCP) Also known as the "Punchbowl" 2177 Puowaina Drive Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 The NMCP desires to accommodate the public interest in the unique cemetery, allowing respectful ingress, egress, and fitting and proper access therein consistent with limits on conduct and activity unbecoming to a final resting place of our nation's heroes, with minimum disruption of the peace, sanctity, and tranquility of NMCP.
