(CAGE 99186) part number 137668A. Configuration Control Applies; Item is a Critical Application.. Purchase Request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with an estimated annual demand of 36 pieces (See solicitation for additional details); Origin inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Requested Delivery is 144 days ARO; Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package and a complete solicitation package.
