- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of Brand Name or Equal, four (4) each FLIR SC660 Camera, to include 24 degree lens, recovery software, camera p/n: 40402-3502; four (4) each FLIR Len Options, 12 degree, p/n: T197188; FLIR High Temperature Option, p/n: 1196745; and FLIR ExaminIR software package, p/n: 24796-202. This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with FLIR Systems, 9 Townsend West, Nashua, NH. 03063. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services and / or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and / or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on W911S6-13-T-0006. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 334516 (500 employees) applies to this procurement.
