- Embarcadero Statement of Work Embarcadero Name Brand Justification The Department of Labor, Office of Procurement Services is soliciting Embarcadero for Application Maintenance & Support Renewal on behalf of the The Office of Job Corps (JC). See the attachment for additional information and Brand Name Justification. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFP-26-1391-1101 is issued as a Request for proposal. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a twelve month period. All interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to WWW.SAM.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. The following provisions and clauses will be incorporated by reference: (1) FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items) (2) FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items) with the following insertion in paragraph (a) "lowest priced technically acceptable" (3) FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items) (4) FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions -Commercial Items) (5) FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items) (6) 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration, (7) 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, (8) 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment.(9) 52.204-10 (Reporting Executive Compensation and First-Tier Subcontract Awards) (10) 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration (11) 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration (12) 252.204-7003 Control of Government Personnel Work Product (13) 252.204-7004 Alt A Central Contractor Registration (52.204-7) Alternate A (14) 252.211-7003 Item Identification and Valuation (15) 252.209-7999 Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law. (End of Clause) Additional FAR clauses cited within the above clauses, which are applicable, will be incorporated into the solicitation and the resulting contract. All clauses and provisions may be accessed electronically at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Award will be made to the most responsive offeror whose proposal is determined as lowest price.
